Shakkan kan (Thought Provoker) will be performing tonight at Cleveland Urban Winery @8:30. This will be Shakkan's second show in the Winery since his debut on July 13th, 2017.
Shakkan, a Cleveland artist from the east side of Cleveland will be performing more shows than ever before around Cleveland as he builds his career as an artist. The future's looking bright for this 21, year old making it out of a small market in Cleveland, Ohio.
